The Ristretto Awards

Works may focus on Italian culture, either as fiction, documentary, or experimental movie, can be up to 30 minutes long, and with English subtitles if not in the English language.
In 2019, the first year of the awards, SDIFF partnered with the Milano International Film Festival, the Napoli Film Festival, and Sicily’s Cibo Corto, with special participation from the Italian Cultural Institute in Los Angeles.
In 2019, SDIFF received 61 submissions from 5 countries and named the following winners:
THE GOLDEN JURY RISTRETTO
